10 members of staff attended The East Sussex National Hotel last Friday for The Ashdown Radio Community Awards 2025 in association with Wealden Volunteering. Thorne were honoured to sponsor ‘Charity Fundraiser of the Year’.
There were some great nominations for this award and it was very hard for our judges to pick an overall winner. However we were delighted to announce ‘Louis Chavannes’ as our winner who does an incredible job raising money for the Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance.
It was a lovely evening celebrating all the amazing people around Uckfield. Well done to all the winners and everyone that was nominated!
