We’re pleased to share that works have now been successfully completed at our Water Bridge site in Cranleigh.
The project involved excavating 2 metres below the existing stream level, placing structural backfill, and installing a precast concrete culvert with a combined weight of over 300 tonnes, followed by all associated road construction works.
The road officially reopened on 1st November, right on schedule, ensuring Cranleigh’s bonfire celebrations could go ahead as planned.
Since reopening, we’ve been carrying out finishing works under two-way traffic lights to keep disruption for local road users to a minimum.
