We have been a family firm for almost a century, since the original C.J.Thorne established the business in 1939.
This family ethos has been the backbone of our company ever since.
Supporting our extensive team is key to our success and we invest heavily in training and development. In return, our people are our greatest asset, providing an unrivalled service to our clients. That made it an easy decision to transfer ownership to an Employee Ownership Trust in early 2025, meaning that the business is owned by its staff, who are further incentivised to continue the company’s success.
